Junior Business Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent English documentation abilities, and preferably previous experience in e- commerce projects.
Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and timelines.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post- implementation.
Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and objectives.
Support testing efforts and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation in English, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user manuals.

Requirements:

Experience in documenting business processes and requirements for e- commerce projects is advantageous.
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills.
proficiency in English, with excellent written skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
