Junior Business Analyst

Requirement Elicitation and Analysis
Support in conducting requirement surveys based on project and client specifications.
Contribute to analyzing and documenting current operational pain points.
Assist in client discussions to understand core business needs.

Solution Development and Documentation

Collaborate with project development teams to create preliminary solutions.
Utilize tools such as Mock- ups, Design diagrams, etc., to illustrate proposed solutions.
Support in Producing and finalizing comprehensive Functional Specification (FS) documents.

Project Facilitation

Assist in articulating project logic to development engineers and system architects.
Participate in project development activities, including liaising with design teams for product interface design.
Support test engineers in executing system tests per requirement documents.

Document Preparation

Co- author Use Cases, User Guides, and other project- related documentation in collaboration with project team members.

Client Engagement and Post- Implementation Support

Contribute to facilitating smooth transition processes for new and existing systems post- implementation.
Assist in conducting user training sessions as necessary.
Assist clients in conducting user acceptance tests.

Chinese speaker is preferred even if no previous experience.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher, preferably in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, a degree in English and/or Chinese with exceptional spoken proficiency is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and learning abilities, enabling quick comprehension and exploration of client requirements.
Proficient in office automation tools, including Microsoft Office and Miro.
Proficiency in English, with exceptional listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Prior experience in overseas study or work is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage concurrent tasks effectively.
