Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the needs of users, business and domain expertise, and hence, interpreting this into detailed but concise requirement document.

Detail- oriented, problem- solving and lateral thinking
Eye for Detail
Has 1- 3 years’ experience as QA tester or BA
Documentation skills
Understand user pain points
Good communication skills in English
Knowledge in Agile Process is a plus
