Junior Business Analyst

Perform product quality control to ensure that it meets professional requirements.
Support the development team to understand the business requirements.
Collect and clarify requirements from customers.
Description UI, UX Figma, Zeplin, Jira For Dev Implementation.
Analyze and develop business requirements specification documents, sample interface design documents and business processes, data flow for software development team.
Demo system for new customers.
Drafting user manuals, organizing instructions, supporting users to use the product and assisting in troubleshooting when problems occur.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in IT, banking, finance, commerce... or another major related to the position applied for.
Degree: College or higher.
Having experience in fields related to Business Management Software, HR, CRM, MRP, ERP is an advantage.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Have good moral qualities and be progressive.
Good documentation & specification skills;
Strong analysis, logical thinking & researching skills;
Have at least 2 years of Business Analyst
Probation: 02 Month
