· Prepare docs for applying CO, chemical declaration, quality inspection register…
· Other task assigned by Manager.
· Carry out necessary producers for customs clearance and release of goods
· Logistics preparation including customs clearance, certificate and trucking arrangement…
· Managing all daily activites of OP Department.
· Implement and control activities on warehouse managermen and vender/ contractor management.
· Perform import and export account decalration on ECUS5- VNACCS sofwares.
· Handle daily tasks and managing the daily/ monthly report to Manager.
· Assign works to staff in accordance with the capacity, ability and instructions of the superior, recommend new hires if necessary.

· Good knowledge in export- import operation.
· Good presentation skills, teamwork, problem- solving, work arrangement skills, data analysis and reports.
· Graduated from College or above of related majors in Logistics, Supply chain, Internaltional Trade… or other fields.
· Have legal knowledge, business management capacity and effectively use assigned resources.
· Good in English.
· Having more than 02 years of workingexperience at the same position or higher.
· Proactive, hard- working, willing to support colleagues and able to work under high work pressure.
