Mô tả công việc

Other tasks as assigned by team leader or department head
Receive and process when the bus company or partners contact you to handle issues related to the customer&039;s trip
Bring a positive experience to customers and partners to ensure the service quality of Cheap Bus Tickets
Receive and handle customer problems via phone, email and other communication channels such as Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp, Line...
Pay attention and learn about customer reviews through automatic survey forms and handle customer complaints
Ensure problems are resolved quickly, completed on time, according to working procedures and bring maximum satisfaction to customers
Participate in contributing ideas to contribute to improving the company&039;s processes and products
Work with bus operators, partners and relevant departments to handle arising problems and complaints related to customers&039; trips

Yêu cầu công việc

Good office computer skills.
Required to be able to work all Holidays and New Year (400% salary), including Lunar New Year (priority to be able to work Lunar New Year)
chat application (Facebook, WhatsApps, Line,...)
Good ability to listen, persuade, communicate, and consult information via phone/email/OTT
You can choose a fixed shift from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm, or 1:00 pm- 11:00 pm, with a break of 1- 1.5 hours in between shifts.
English: can communicate basicly to support foreign guests via phone, chat, and email (with allowance for candidates with international English degrees)
Careful, hard- working, eager to learn
Work 8- hour shifts between 7:00 a.m.- 11:00 p.m., 5.5 days/week, work at least 3 evening shifts/week until 11:00 p.m. (120%- 130% salary), weekends (120% salary).
Able to adapt in a disciplined, fast- growing and constantly changing environment
Be open and ready to listen to suggestions to change and develop yourself
Ability to work cooperatively with many people to achieve common goals
Have a laptop or PC (desktop computer) for hybrid work, or use a company desktop computer.

Compensation:

100% parking support
Income: 9,000,000 VND- 12,000,000 VND/month (including fixed salary + allowances + KPI bonus up to 5 months salary)Attendance bonus 600,000 VND/month + Evening shift allowance + OT (if any) + Monthly incentive bonusFixed salary negotiable according to capacity and English ability– Can communicate in English – without certificate: 7,400,000 VND – 8,000,000 VND– Can communicate in English + have an international English certificate: 7,400,000 VND – 8,000,000 VND + Allowance: 1 – 2 million/month
Apprenticeship & 2- month probationary period receive 100% of basic salary + attendance bonus
Regular salary review twice a year
