Junior Digital Technical Specialist (3-month contract)

Your role as Digital Technical Specialist:

Join us as our Digital Technical Specialist who is a part of the Digital Marketing team, your role will be responsible for executing the digital marketing projects from the global clients by managing content for web and campaign emails.
Participate in meetings/ seminars with Digital Marketing Specialists from the client’s side, acting as a consultant on email marketing best practices.
Create landing pages and do web product management based on client requests.
Create automation emails on Account Management platform including setting up, testing and deploying.
Ensure that deadlines are followed.
Report directly to Digital Technical Team Lead.
Execute web management, publishing, updating and localizing web content and supporting a wide range of content management systems (CMS).
You will provide hands- on problem solving and administrative assistance via multiple platforms, while closely following the tight deadline for each digital campaign/ project.

You as a person:

Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
Experience in coding, basic HTML, CSS is a plus.
Solid organizational skills, able to prioritize and juggle between tasks. Have an eye for detail.
A team player, and an independent worker.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Tech savvy, eager in learning, setting up, configuring systems and platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, business administration or other relevant fields.
Having knowledge about and/or experience in various CMS and CRM platforms is preferred.
