Junior ERP Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV)

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts for system updates, integrations, and new functionalities, ensuring thorough validation during UAT.
Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized workflows leveraging Dynamics 365 Business Central capabilities.
Collaboration: Partner with senior business analysts, IT teams, and external Microsoft consultants to support system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with tools like Microsoft 365 or Power Platform.
System Configuration: Perform configurations in Dynamics 365 Business Central, including setting up workflows, and basic customizations, with oversight from senior team members.
User Support and Training: Provide first- level support for end- user inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training sessions or user documentation to enhance system adoption.
Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with business units to gather and document detailed requirements for system configurations and enhancements.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and Microsoft best practices.
Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports using Power BI, or SQL queries to support business decision- making and data- driven insights.

Fluent in English
Exposure to at least one full- cycle ERP implementation or upgrade is a plus.
Hands- on experience with ERP system configuration, testing, or support is required.
1–3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
