Junior Financial Controller

Your duties & responsibilities:
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and make recommendations for production improvements
• Support provides periodical reports for management reporting and reviews (monthly financial reports to internal and external)
• Support related departments by providing correct financial information on time
• Support to create, monitor and follow up all processes are implemented correctly in the company
• Ensure that accounting systems / company accounts are implied to Vietnamese accounting standards and followed Corporate Group Policy
• Other controlling tasks (Sales forecast planning, utilization reports, …)
• Monitor and analysis cost accounting systems to ensure that financial accounting and cost accounting are compliance
• Support set up the annual budget and rolling plan

What we expect:
• Preferable age between 21 – 30
• Have knowledge about International/Vietnamese accounting standards
• Working experience in Audit companies are preferred
• University degree or higher, majoring in finance, accounting, auditing
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis skills are a plus
• Proficient in English and Excel Microsoft Office
