Job description
Employee Relations & Retention
- Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and stay/exit interviews to identify improvement areas
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, helping to foster a positive working environment
- Support in resolving employee issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements
- Ensure smooth documentation and handover process for both joiners and leavers
- Coordinate pre- boarding, onboarding orientation, and integration activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience
HR Operations
- Support HR paperwork and employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, appendices, changes, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee records and database with accuracy and confidentiality
Performance & OKRs Support
- Support line managers and employees in understanding and following the OKR process
- Help consolidate, track, and follow up on OKR submissions and evaluations
- Coordinate training or guidance sessions related to performance and goal- setting processes
Admin & Others
- Support administrative tasks including purchasing, office supplies, and facility- related support
- Coordinate Visa and Work Permit processes for foreign employees
- Perform other ad- hoc tasks assigned by the line manager
Job requirements
Able to start working immediately will be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Problem- solving mindset and attention to detail
Proficient in English OR Mandarin Chinese
2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
Familiar with Vietnamese labor law and HR administrative procedures
Experience in e- commerce, social media, or home appliances is a plus
Good skills in MS office, Google Suite.
