(Junior) Java Software Engineer, Platform Service

At MoMo, many businesses depend largely on our intensive customer data, which requires reliable, scalable, and secure access. We’re looking for a backend software engineer for our data platform to enable efficient, reliable, and scalable data processing across real- time and offline processing systems.

Research and apply new technology to optimize and enhance current systems.
Monitor and operate existing systems;
Enhance and resolve issues in the current codes, perform unit testing and integration testing;
Develop and test new features in microservice- based architecture;

Familiar with InteliJ, terminal, version source control (git, svn, etc.).
Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, data structures and algorithms;
Strong understanding of asynchronous, parallel, and concurrent programming. Experienced with Vertx is a plus;
Having 1+ year(s) of experience in development with Java core;
A strong foundation of modern data stores: relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, etc.), NoSQL databases (Redis, RockDB, MongoDB, etc.);
