As a Junior Learner Success Executive at CoderSchool, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our Learners. This position requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional learner experiences.
Full- time and On- site
Work Experience: 1- 3 years of experience
Monthly Pay: VND 10,000,000- 12,000,000/Month (in Gross)
Responsibilities
Ticket Resolution Expertise
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex learner issues raised through the ticketing system/ Chat/ Email/ Call
Utilize in- depth knowledge to resolve tickets promptly and satisfactorily.
Problem Resolution
Address and resolve escalated learner issues or concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Implement preventative measures to minimize future challenges.
Learner Engagement:
Devise and implement engagement initiatives to promote active participation and satisfaction.
Closely monitor learner progress and coordinate with mentor/teaching assistant to take appropriate actions accordingly
Support learners to secure a job by arranging mock interviews with mentors and follow up on recruitment process
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to enhance the overall learner experience.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless learner journey.
Collaborate with instructors and mentors to provide additional support and resources.
