Junior Marketing Executive

* 20% Digital Content Creation
- Brainstorm, create and transform ideas into various types of content for all digital platforms through the customer journey to generate leads.
- Research and analyze brands, competitors & customer information to produce an improved quality of content.
* 20% Partnership Management
- Create a partnership framework for each partner we’re currently working with as well as a detailed action plan.
- Manage and keep an ongoing relationship with current partners and constantly offer new ways to grow the relationship
* 30% Communication, Project Management & Report
- Maintain a pipeline of priorities and provide weekly updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Creating roadmaps, laying down clear action plans, and managing the day- to- day execution of those plans by coordinating between internal and partner teams.
- Responsible for planning and tracking projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
* 30% Execute Activations
- Ensuring agreements signed are implemented and monitor progress and make adjustments
- Collaborate with Top Management and other relative departments to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships. Identifies and resolves issues and risks
- Define project schedules, and technology solutions, finalize the process and monitor progress together with the internal team

- Strong commercial sense, with proven ability to achieve working outcomes
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Results- driven character. Process- focused with a tireless focus on output quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a thorough understanding of systems and processes.
- Networking aptitude
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
