Junior Merchandiser

Manage sample orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure ontime sample delivery and customer satisfaction.
Other tasks as required by Manager.
Work directly with customer and solve t issues which related to sample development, quality, delivery.
Coordinated with technical, pattern team and production teams to delivery timely support to planned campaigns.
Receive, analyze the customer&039;s requirement about products: technical document, samples, and coordinate with relevant departments.
Collaborate with relevant departments to feedback, solve the customer&039;s complaint, concerns related to sample quality.
Follow up closely the communication, documents, and updated information of products & customer&039;s requirements.
Responsibility for research and development stage
To follow- up T & A on a regular basis to ensure all sample approvals are done timely.

Open to fresher
Sales- focus, results- oriented, and a good team player who can work in a fast- paced environment.
Experience on ERP is an advantage.
Good at communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good at English
Experienced in fabric/trim sourcing is an advantage.
