Junior Merchandiser

&039;Preparing for Finishing Packing & Grade A, B, C:
With Dawn order using the Delfi system.
Any request from Production (replenishment, lost accessories, etc.)
Download size breakdown and inform all Production Planners if there is any change and update.
Making shipping marks (Tom Tailor, Bonita, Dawn, Street One, Cecil).
Compare quantity cut & received wash & Final packing list.
Input data finishing on the system.
Work with Merchandiser & supplier for the quantity for shipment in tolerance or out of tolerance.
Make the Final packing list on system and customer’s system.
Make liquidation orders after shipment.
Receive the information and make the packing list for grade B, C input on the system and report.
Preparing Materials for Production:
Request to pull out materials & accessories to Sewing and Finishing to use.
Order cut piping for sewing and request payment for it.
Keep checking with Purchasing about ETD of any special materials.
Check and make clear all the information about fabric, trims, sewing, etc. with Merchandiser & supplier/team before starting the bulk production. ( Follow up BOM )
Calculate single polybags and carton boxes by styles based on folding packing method.
Cooperation with Other Departments:
Im- Ex Team: Send information on the packing list to the shipping team and get the closing time and ship.
Planning Team: Update materials on BOM list for Production Planner to prepare for sewing and bulk production.
Purchasing Team:
+Provide supplier information to order
+Get the information to separate fabric by style.
ERP System Functions:
Check stock for all materials and accessories pending and make a decision.
Create Adhoc transfer to site: from EEVN to E3HK FG.
Make the packing list for Grade B- C input on WFX system.
Input quantity of packing carton on ERP system and make daily report.
Input quantity of shipment on WFX system.
Request transfer garments grade A- B- C to WHFG.
Create FPPO step by step (has 5 steps on ERP system).
Pull out fabric/trim/accessories/packing trim on the ERP system.
Monthly report:
Making summarized report from cutting / sewing / finishing / defects garment / lost goods / sample room monthly
Making finishing output q’ty report monthly

Education & Professional Knowledge

Solid understanding of garment production processes, especially Finishing, Packing, and Shipping stages.
College or University degree in Garment/Textile, Production Management, Import- Export, or related fields.
Good knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and garment materials (fabrics, trims, accessories, etc.).

Work Experience

Experience working with ERP/WFX or similar management systems is highly preferred.
Previous experience handling export orders or working with international brands (e.g. Tom Tailor, Bonita, Dawn) is an advantage.
Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in a similar position within the garment/textile industry.

Good time management & multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, reporting) and internal systems (ERP/WFX).
Data analysis & quantity reconciliation skills: Ability to compare and validate quantities from cutting, washing, and packing.
Strong communication & coordination skills: Able to work effectively with related departments such as Planning, Purchasing, Merchandising, and Logistics.

Language Proficiency

Good command of English, especially in reading and writing technical/production- related content.
Able to communicate professionally via email with merchandisers and overseas suppliers.
