Junior Merchandiser - Sample And Bulk Production Follow Up

**Manage Customer’s Request For Samples Or Sms Product Development:
• Liaise With Qc Team To Ensure Samples Are Checked And Are Compliant In Every Details And Measuring
• Liaison With Suppliers In China And Vietnam For Ordering Fabrics And Trims As Required To Meet Schedule
• Monitor Seasonal Calendars And Ensure Styles Are Buy- Ready & On Time To Meet Deliveries Dates
• Make The Trim Card Sheets And Work With Designer To Clarify All Technical Aspects For Sample Room To Follow Up And Correct Sample As Tf From Buyer
• In Charge Of Liaising With Manufactoring Factories To Book Capacity To Produce Samples
• In Charge Of Booking Courrier To Ship Samples To Customers
• Coordination With Designers + Pattern Maker + Sewing Team To Set Up The Production Samples’ Calendar And Meet Deadline
**Costing Of Products:
• Check The Tf And Document And Make The Open Cost Sheet To Prepare For Quotation
• Work And Liaise Closely With Our Partner Factories To Get Their Fob Or Cmpt Quotations In The Best Delays In Order To Finalise Quotations For Customers
• Work With The Rest Of The Team To Gather All Necessary Informations (Trims And Fabric Costs / Consumption…) To Deliver An Accurate Open Cost Per Product
**Administrative Part:
• Responsible For Gathering All Related Invoices And Pass Them To Accounting Department
Bulk Production Follow Up
**Manage Bulk Production Life Cycle With China And / Or Vietnam Suppliers Up To The Shipment:
• Liaise Between Factories And Qc 3rd Party To Ensure All Garments’ Quality Requirements Are Met During Inline And Final Check
• Ensure With Suppliers That Bulk Yardage, Accessories And Trims Are Delivered On Time To Ensure Agreed Delivery Date Is Met
• Work Closely With Factories In Order To Ensure They Fully And Accurately Understand Requirements For All Tech Packs, Time Lines, Pricing, Packaging, Testing, Delivery Deadlines, Quality Standards And Compliance.
• Update Production Plan Status Daily In Order For Managers To Easily Review And Bring Support When Needed
• Daily Report To Top Managers
• Follow Up All Requested Samples And On Time Delivery
• Responsible For Providing Customer’s Guidelines To Factories And Monitoring Their Strict Application During The Whole Bulk Production Process.
• Liaise With The Sample Room And Technical Designer To Get The Sample Checked And Responsible For Putting Together The Report And For Sending It To The Customer
**Administrative And Reporting Part:
• Monitoring Of All Delivery Related Issues And Responsible For Execution And Weekly Updates In Writing And Ensure Timely And Accurate Information Is Given To The Management Team.
• Responsible For Daily Updating Of The Detailed Production Planning
• Follow Up With Other Members Of The Team In Charge Of Documentation, Shipping And Logistics Issues, To Ensure On Time Ex- Factory And Boarding Of Vessel.

• Excellent Verbal And Written English Skills With Outgoing, Extroverted Personality
• Excellent Numerical And Analytical Skills, Strong In Negotiation And Problem Solving
• Capabilities Of Multi- Tasking, Working Under Pressure
• Diploma Or University Degree Holder In Apparel Merchandising Or A Related Field Is Preferred
• Organised, Determination And Perseverance In Reaching Goals With A Never Give Up Attitude
• Skilled With Adobe Illustrator / Excel
/ Word / Powerpoint / Illustrator Basic Knowledge Is Required

• Minimum Of 2 To 3 Years Merchandising Experience In Apparel Industry
• Job Requires Possible Domestic Travel To Factories As Needed
• Experience Within Parkas, Coats, Downwear, Jackets, Sweaters Categories Is Necessary
