Junior/Middle Backend Developer (Python, Django, PHP)

We are looking for a Backend Developer with ability in Python (Django) & PHP (Laravel), knowing about devops is an advantage. Candidates need to have 2 years of experience or more. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our backend infrastructure, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
Key Responsibilities:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.
Works well with AI tools
Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with front- end developers to integrate user- facing elements with server- side logic.
Manage cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability and resilience.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented code.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (Django) and PHP (Laravel)
Automate repetitive tasks and implement DevOps best practices.

Extensive experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Proficiency in managing cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Python (Django) and PHP (Laravel).
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in backend development.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Solid understanding of database management and design (SQL and NoSQL databases).
