Job overview and responsibility

Present costing, pricing strategies and recommendations in bid review
Constant review on bid response process, governance, as well as identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the bid response process
Maintain knowledge base of historical pricing strategies for different services, project manpower pricing, competitor pricing strategies
Support costing analysis on budgetary quotations
Create, coordinate and compile pricing information for bid submission
Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations
Facilitate the production of finance related documents, authorisation letters and legalised documents necessary for submission
Support bid pricing preparation for tenders

Required skills and experiences

Fluent English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software/tools.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar analytical position, with a focus on costing and pricing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
