Junior Operation Engineer Linux, AWS

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated operation engineers to help support, maintain, monitor and improve the infrastructure and code building and deployment process for our development teams
At the same time
,
the operation team plays a vital role to ensure smooth product experience for our customers
What you will do

You will be responsible for maintaining our Linux and Windows servers in all environments (production, staging or development). Ensuring the servers are in good working condition (with enough RAM, CPU, etc..).
You will communicate with our customers when needed to resolve issues or escalate the issues to our other development teams.
You will learn to use tools such as Ansible and our CI/CD pipeline to automate our deployment of our services and maintenance of our servers.
You will keep track of and report the production, and deployment issues to the management team.
You will find out the current issues and optimize our infrastructure and deployment processes.
You will learn and understand the architecture and details (services, relation among services, etc....) of our products to perform first level support for our customers.
You will further improve our CI/CD pipeline and make changes to satisfy the deployment requirements from our dev teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience with modern build systems such as Gradle.
Experience of managing the full lifecycle of the Build, Test and Release process of web applications.
Experience with using Git.
Experience with build/continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
Strong communication and management skills.
Have 0.5 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Refer candidates under 30 years old
Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
Strong understanding of Linux operating systems including maintaining server, software installation, log management, service monitoring and management, firewall management, etc..
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible is a plus.
