ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Performance Marketer, you will focus on the development and execution of high- impact advertising campaigns on one of the most promising social platforms: TikTok. Your role will focus on optimizing campaign performance, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and driving both customer acquisition and retention. We are looking for a performance marketer with a strong or proven track record of scaling growth and delivering measurable business results.

Our mission now is to build direct- to- consumer brands and increase customer lifetime value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Always stay updated with industry trends, ok updates, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts competitive and innovative.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Provide ongoing performance reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Manage high budget ad campaigns (Up to Total $250,000/month) in US Market.
• Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies specifically on TikTok to acquire customers and increase its long- term value, specifically in US market.
• Refine targeting strategies based on audience insights and segmentation, specifically with US audience.
• Experiment with ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign strategies to enhance performance and maximize ROI.
