YOUR JOB:

Check basic inventory levels, cross- check with BOM, and report shortages to Senior Planning Executive
Coordinate with Purchasing to update material status and estimated delivery times, ensure the material readiness for production.
Conduct updating production data in systems (Oddo, Excel/Google Sheets) incase customer change requirement
Support in collecting order demand from Sales/Merchandising.
Process Master plan on system and follow up
Work closely with Production team, QC team to follow production progress

Basic English listening and writing skills
Experience in production scheduling, capacity planning and material controller is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
1- 2 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
