Junior Product Developer

Job Summary
The Junior Product Development role provides support to the Product Development team in all areas, from product concept through commercialization. This position will also provide administrative assistance in the execution of defined strategies and objectives for company & account growth initiatives. Duties/Job Function:
• Track calendar to ensure timelines are met.
• Support Product development team with accurate, timely, and professional communication.
• Use time management and organizational skills to keep clear record of all product and component documentation and filing.
• Interacts with USA PD team to understand product line direction for new programs and helps execute requirements with factories.
• Review all product samples prior to sending to US team against product documentation providing feedback to factory and US team.
• Review and provide comments for all top of production samples.
• Assist with additional tasks, including administrative duties and special projects, when applicable.
• Create product documentation using Centric PLM system and other tools to communicate product expectations to manufacturing partners. Continue to manage product development process via PLM throughout the product lifecycle.
• Visit factories to monitor product/samples during all stages of development and ensuring all product specifications and Goldbug processes are being met.
• In addition to these functions, employees may be required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required by the immediate manager or supervisor.

• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Illustrator & PLM.
• Actively engage in and use the tools available to you including PLM.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively cross- functionally.
• Ability to quickly problem solve, be self- motivated, and have a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to effectively communicate with overseas teams with language barrier.
• 2- 5 years + related experience required.
• Flexibility and availability to take early morning or evening calls with overseas teams.
• University Degree preferably in Textiles or related subjects.
• Able to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrate critical & creative thinking.
• High level of organization to facilitate multi- tasking in a fast- paced environment.
• Ability to travel domestically.
• Good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English language skills.
