ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and creative teams to support Agile processes, team coordination, and cross- functional communication. You will assist in organizing workflows, tracking timelines, and maintaining project documentation to ensure milestones are delivered on schedule.

We’re currently seeking a detail- oriented and highly motivated Junior Project Coordinator with a strong interest in retail fashion and project management to join our US Market Product Development team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Junior Project Coordinator, you will be at the center of daily project activities. Your work will directly support the team’s ability to deliver on time and at high quality.
Team Coordination & Agile Process
• Assist with day- to- day operations to keep workflows structured and efficient
• Support Product Managers in key Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand- ups, and retrospectives
• Facilitate smooth collaboration across Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders
• Organize and document team meetings with clear agendas, notes, and follow- up actions
Timeline & Risk Monitoring
• Monitor progress against deadlines and highlight risks early
• Assist in building and updating project timelines with clear milestones
• Support contingency planning with Product Managers and team leads
Stakeholder Management
• Support onboarding and collaboration with vendors, freelancers, and other external partners
• Coordinate with cross- functional teams such as Supply Chain, Content, and Creative
• Track deliverables and proactively address issues to maintain alignment
Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare progress reports and distribute timely updates to stakeholders
• Maintain project- related documents and knowledge repositories
• Act as a point of contact for project- related inquiries
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to refining workflows and enhancing team effectiveness
• Share insights with stakeholders and turn them into actionable improvements
• Collect and categorize feedback from teams and partners
