Job Title: Junior Tester
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail- oriented and fluently English- skill Web/Application Tester to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web/mobile applications through systematic testing and validation. The Web/Application Tester will collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues, execute test cases, and contribute to the overall improvement of our web- based and mobile application projects.
Responsibilities:
Test Planning:

Define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables for web applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.

Test Execution:

Conduct functional, usability, and compatibility testing on web/mobile applications.
Identify, document, and prioritize software defects and inconsistencies.
Execute manual test cases.

Cross- Browser and Cross- Platform Testing:

Ensure compatibility of web applications across various browsers, devices, and platforms.
Perform responsive design testing to validate user experiences on different screen sizes.

Regression Testing:

Conduct regression testing to verify that new features or enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.

Collaboration:

Work closely with development teams to communicate test progress, results, and potential issues.
Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on testability.

Documentation:

Generate reports on test execution status and provide recommendations for improvements.
Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Strong understanding of web testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in manual and automated testing of web applications.
Proficiency in testing responsive web designs.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, JavaScript).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Web/Application Tester or in a similar role.
Fluently English
