Junior Quality Control Engineer / Tester QC

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and meticulous Junior Quality Control Engineer / Tester to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our groundbreaking AI products, including those with multilingual capabilities. Report to: QC Leader
Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Development and Product Management teams to ensure product quality and a smooth release cycle.
Prepare and maintain essential test documents such as Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Reports.
Perform multilingual quality checks on our AI products, ensuring accuracy in grammar, context, and overall user experience for specific languages.
Develop and execute detailed Test Cases for our AI products, focusing on various functionalities and platforms.
Conduct comprehensive testing, including Functional Testing, UI Testing, and User Experience (UX) Testing, to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Utilize Bug Tracking Tools to log, monitor, and report bugs clearly and accurately.

Minimum Requirements:

IT or Computer Science background is a plus.
Is meticulous, detail- oriented, and has a strong self- learning and proactive attitude.
Experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Redmine).
Understands how to create test documentation, such as Test Cases, Test Reports, and Bug Reports.
A recent graduate or has at least 3 months of experience in software testing.
Possesses basic knowledge of various testing types, including functional and UI/UX testing.

Nice- to- haves:

Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, German, or Italian.
A passion for AI and technology products.

Experience in language testing or with multilingual products is a strong advantage.
