Junior/Senior Frontend Developer ReactJS

The Programmer / Developer will be a key part of the Information technology department that builds, supports, and scales the IT business applications or projects of South Asia services and entities. This individual will ensure the systems are within quality and meeting the service performance expectation
Responsibilities

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web- capable devices and browsers
Involved in designing, developing, and maintaining user- facing features using React.js
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTfull APIs
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Debug and resolve issues in the fronted codebase
Translate designs Figma into high- quality code
Prepares technical and user documentation
Collaborate with cross- functional team to define, design, and ship new features for one or more system applications

Demonstrable portfolio of projects in the technologies listed above
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third- party libraries (e.g., Axios, GraphQL)
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript
Understanding of code optimization, security best practices, and cross- browser compatibility
Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Proven experience as a Frontend Developer in MERN stack applications, and integrating enterprise systems
Process strong analytical skills
Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Vite
Proficiency in React.js, including React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Zustand, Redux, or MobX)
2+ years of professional experience in Frontend development using React.js for senior position.
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Nice to have:

Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and tools (Figma, Sketch).
Familiarity with server- side rendering (SSR) and Next.js.
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, or Cypress).
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure, or CI/CD flow
