Junior/ Senior Mobile Developer (React Native, Flutter)

We are seeking Mobile Developers to join a fast- paced, highly collaborative engineering team. In this role, you will work/lead with a cross- functional and self- organized engineering team to prototype, design, and develop software solutions. The Development team embraces a highly collaborative development model that requires deep development involvement from start to finish of each project.

Software architecture design are requirement
Work with Project Managers to determine needs and apply/customize appropriate technologies to deliver solutions.
Build and document reusable codes and libraries for future use
Actively drive conversation with squad members on functional requirement documents for building and improving applications.
Proactively work with team to identify new software features
Responsible for guiding tribe members on translating business requirements into design documents
Develop clean codes to functional applications
Collaborate with front end developers to integrate user- facing elements with server- side logic and other applications APIs.
Develop progressive mobile APP applications using latest technologies
Actively troubleshoot, debug and optimize performance in applications

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in one of these frameworks: React Native, Android studio, Xcode, kotlin, flutter.
Experience in leading or supporting digital transformation
Experienced in financial/insurance project develop is a plus
Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or equivalent experience
Experience with Responsive Web and Cross- Browser compatibility.
Excellent knowledge of NoSQL and relational DBMS and SQL
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Experience working in a collaborative team environment, which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from fellow team members and clients
Experience in Agile Development and/or has a strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices
Good understanding of front- end component- based architectures.
Minimum 2- 3+ years of working experience in Mobile development
