Junior System Analyst

• Support Ad hoc tasks such as execute automations, analyze data and create reports and dashboards.
• Support implementing and maintaining BI solutions and automations.
• Support HRIS system administration including security access, reporting, business process admin...
• Support troubleshooting HRIS system and user issues (level 1 and 2)
• Responsible for maintenance, documentation, and enhancements of recurring processes and procedures

Qualifications
• Intermediate Python, C or other programming languages are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field required.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Min 1 year experience with managing HR systems – Workday is preferred but experience with other HR systems or ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle...) will also be considered.
• Knowledge of data systems and the ability to transform and shape large usable data sets.
