WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: We are seeking a strong Junior System Analyst who supports implementing and maintaining HRIS, BI solutions, and automations. This position also supports ad- hoc tasks related to business intelligence such as programming automations, creating reports and dashboards.

Responsible for maintenance, documentation, and enhancements of recurring processes and procedures
Support troubleshooting HRIS system and user issues (level 1 and 2)
Support HRIS system administration including security access, reporting, business process admin…
Support Ad hoc tasks such as execute automations, analyze data and create reports and dashboards.
Support implementing and maintaining BI solutions and automations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications
Intermediate Python, C or other programming languages are preferred.
Knowledge of data systems and the ability to transform and shape large usable data sets.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field required.
Intermediate SQL knowledge is preferred.
Min 1 year experience with managing HR systems – Workday is preferred but experience with other HR systems or ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle…) will also be considered.

Highly organized with strong project management skills, and drive to meet organizational objectives; ability to manage multiple projects on interrelated timelines.

Demonstrate a high attention- to- detail in the analysis and reporting of data.
