Junior Technical Sales Leader (Surface Technology) Viet Chemi Co., Ltd.

Job Summary
- Will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Sales Leader to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
Duties and Responsibilities
To inform Business Director and suppliers of loss of sales and reasons thereof immediately when they are discovered
Making reports to principal
Take responsible for dead stock & slow moving
Communicate suppliers regularly on exchange market information, competitors’ landscape
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Archive growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Monitor inventory, purchase orders, profit and loss of business.
Consult with Business Director for quotations to customers and price negotiation with suppliers

Understanding market need and present our products to meet their needs
Monthly sales report, month sales analysis reports

** Education and Experience
Having knowledge of metal surface treatment industry for Aluminum, Steel, Anodizing
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/engineering or equivalent
2- 3 years of experience in trading industrial chemicals for plating and pre- treatment cleaning
Background in technical support, product development or project management
