Junior Tester

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute manual testing in Web and mobile applications.
• Create test cases.
• Analyze & clarify failed cases.
• Report test results, bugs & issues to customer, developer.
• Report to Project lead.
• Interact with team members and other groups to ensure all requirements have been tested, defects have been documented, and quality issues identified during the testing process have been resolved.
• Do other working tasks that are requested by manager.

Required skills:

• 1 year of experience in tester position is a plus.
• Experience in software development life cycle & common using software development process: CMMI, Agile …
• Experience in management tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
• Logical thinking & design analysis ability.
• Experience with the automation testing and scripting language is a plus.

Nice-to have skills:

• Proactive seeks learning opportunities beyond current requirements.
• Ability to self-study and overcome the weaknesses.
• Creative thinker and good problem-solver.
• Good interpersonal communication skill.
• Good teamwork player.
• Good English in reading, writing and listening skills.
