Junior Trader - Import & Export Of Agricultural Commodities

Role and responsibilities
Coordinating with the logistics department, finance department, quality department, and other functional departments to execute contracts.
Developing new supply partners to audit the facilities and build relationships.
Writing periodic market reports.
Obtaining bids from customers and matching them with supply partners.
Customer acquisition: searching for potential customers, sending company pitch, analyzing customer requirements, etc ...
Inspection of cargo being shipped to existing customers.
Finding the opportunities for trade marketing through tradeshows, customer visits, conferences, etc...
Maintaining standard operating procedure for customers.
Obtaining offers in the market and updating to the trading team.
Organizing sending samples and specifications to the potential customers.
Analyzing data on export and import toward forming a view of the market and approaching potential partners.

Qualification/Requirement: A successful candidate should be passionate about or strongly interested in the imports & exports industry of agricultural items/agri commodities and possess below skilss/qualifications:
Aptitude for working in a dynamic environment
Fast with numbers, data driven.
The candidate should be willing to travel within Vietnam to the inland provinces such as Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Dong Nai, Long An, etc ...
Confident personality and an extrovert.
Willing to work round the clock and based on client working time.
MS Office, Efficient in using MS Excel for analysing data & making reports
Persistence and patience with a go- getter & can- do attitude.
Internet- based research skills
English speaking and writing skills minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
