Junior UI-UX Designer (Chinese/English)

Research and update the latest design trends, come up with design concepts based on market trends.
Directly participate in building user personas, user flows, flowcharts, and sitemaps.
Refine mockups/prototypes based on feedback from users and team members in the development team.
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for brainstorming and designing user experiences.
Receive requests from clients, PM/BA/Leaders to analyze and develop UI/UX design solutions for software products.
Participate in researching, developing, and designing UI/UX for Websites, Mobile Apps, Dashboards for products according to requirements, based on user flow, sitemap, and general concept from the development team.

• 直接参与构建用户角色、用户流程、流程图和站点地图。
• 接收客户、项目经理/业务分析师/领导的请求，分析并为软件产品开发UI/UX设计解决方案。
• UI/UX设计师负责头脑风暴和设计用户体验。
• 根据用户和开发团队成员的反馈，完善模型/原型。
• 根据需求、用户流程、网站、移动应用和产品仪表盘的总体概念，参与研究、开发和设计UI/UX。

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge of prototype tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of general design principles, knowledge of fine arts is an advantage.
Good time management skills.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator...
Have at least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or equivalent positions related to product design.
Knowledge of tech or business fundamentals is an advantage.
Team spirit; communication skills to collaborate with relevant parties.
