Junior Urban Planner

Ability to create drawings for submission for 1/500 scale planning projects (instructions will be provided).
Ability to participate in conceptual design for 1/500 scale planning projects.
Willing to travel for business if required.
Understanding of Vietnamese standards and regulations on urban planning.

Able to work independently and proactively without much supervision.
Good people skills will be a plus.
Ability to participate in conceptual design for 1/500 scale planning projects.
Ability to prepare drawings for submission documents for 1/500 planning projects (guidance will be provided).
Able to work collaboratively in large teams and take on a leadership role in coordinating work from various disciplines such as architecture, landscape and infrastructure.
Possess at minimum a graduate degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design or Architecture from a reputable university. A post- graduate degree will be an advantage.
Enthusiastic and passionate about the profession.
Experience not required, but must possess a willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job.
Good written and spoken English skills is a must, as there will be extensive collaboration and workshare with teammates from overseas offices.
Willingness to travel for work if required.
Proficient in using specialized software: AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Sketchup, Excel, and Word is a must. Knowledge of additional software like Lumion, Enscape, 3Dmax, Vray, and Graphic design is an advantage.
Understanding of Vietnamese standards and regulations for urban planning.
Possess good work and time management skills.
