(Junior/Middle) UX/UI Designer

We are looking for Junior (or Mid) UX/UI designer to join our team. We want people who are passionate about creating software that makes a difference to the world. Design great user experiences for our web and mobile apps.
Design wireframes and prototypes, conduct user testing to test and refine your ideas.
Work closely with product managers and clients to translate product/project requirements into UX and UI requirements, and with developers to make sure your designs are implemented to-spec.
Help with other design tasks including marketing collateral, user education resources etc.

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer enthusiast to join our team. Specifically, we want someone who has/is:

Well versed in grid systems, typography, color theory and style guides.
Work experience with UX/UI design in complex environments – with wireframing, prototyping, mockup designs experience.
At least 1 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design in developing Web application for cross-browser & Mobile applications for phones or tablets on iOS/Android.
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
Strong knowledge/proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite as well as expertise: Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Invisionapp, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
Have experience with Fintech, Bank system is a big plus.
Must have an online portfolio
Strong written and verbal communication English skills.
