Junior/Senior Marketing Executive

GIAO HANG TIET KIEM is a professional delivery company specializing in e-Logistics, providing fast and high-quality last-mile delivery service. Together with the development of service quality and improvement of customer experience, GHTK is focusing on the creation and development of its own brand equity.

We are looking for a Junior/Senior Marketing Executive who is qualified and experienced enough to take charge of GHTK Marketing and branding strategy development and implementation.

This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

As a Junior/Senior Marketing Executive at GHTK, you will:

– Take charge of Marketing plans and activitities: in order to fulfil the needs of GHTK’s stakeholders, online shops, e-commerce platforms…

– Consult with Board of Director to develop the right Marketing and Brand strategies: conduct market research, understand customer intelligence and base on that to identify opportunities and recommend strategies;

– Develop, execute and monitor Marketing plans assigned by Board of Directors and report on the productivity and implementation progress;

– Propose feasible ideas and plans for brand proposition and development: marketing campaigns, product branding projects… to properly convey the message and values of GHTK to target customer groups;

– Monitor plan execution on a daily basis to ensure the highest possible quality outcomes, report directly to the CEO;

– Develop and lead Marketing team: Build a team that work well together; Set up KPIs; Support, inspire and motivate team towards function goals (if needed)

– Have at least 02 years of relevant experience (Branding, Marketing, PR/Advertising/Communication…); candidates with working experience at MNCs are preferred;

– Possess a Marketing-driven mindset with excellent strategic thinking;

– Be knowledgeable about Branding, Marketing/Sales… and experience in working with agencies;

– Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;

– Have good leadership and strong organizational skill, ability to multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines;

– Be self-motivated, result-oriented with high standards, proactive and reach the core of the problems to achieve highest level of efficiency;

– Official Salary: 750$ – 1,000$/month for junior level 1,000$ – 1,500$/month for senior level, salary is reviewed on a periodical basis and in consistent with capacity without limit;
