Contact customer for all communication
clarify with customer if any discrepancies during development and production
follow up and update development and production status to customer until shipment release
take care for sample submission to customer and follow up customer comment
starts from development detail as design/ artwork file, printed fabric lay out, pattern file, fabric detail, color standard, light source
Responsible for Development, Pricing and Production Plan follow up until release shipment
issue Production sheet for all development and production with working in the company system
arrange Style meeting to all concern (Graphic, Production, QC) since development and update until confirm to start production
work out for the detail (design artwork, print lay out, fabric cut able width, printed paper width & weight) which need to be concern for Pricing to Sales then Sales can offer price correctly
Cooperate with Graphic department for order style detail and customer requirement
clarify customer detail/ inquiry of design and color to Graphic
mention clearly for what is customer key point Exp. Matching color position, Connect design on separate print part
Cooperate with Planning, Production and Shipment department for order status
follow up development and production status in weekly meeting with Planning, Production
tracking development and production status by working in the company system tracking
Cooperate with Logistic department for delivery and condition
1 ask and support Logistic for the shipment from customer and to customer
Cooperate with QC & Lab for all quality and lab test issue
issue Lab Test Requested to the Lab for development sample and follow up the Test Report to check and send to the customer for reference

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Economics, Textile, or related fields
If experience Merchandising in manufacture of sports clothing for 2 year or more is an advantage
Computer skills for email in Outlook and MS Office (especially Excel), Internet, etc.
Good command of both written and spoken in English
