[KCN Nhơn Trạch 3] Quality Engineer

- Coordinates the recording and monitoring of the material inspections (receiving, process, final).
- Represents the plant, as corporate level, with clients, suppliers, as needed.
- Participates in the internal audits program (to systems, products and process).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the problem- solving process and develops preventive and corrective measures that insure quality.
- Audits and monitors the follow- up of the different existing Production controls (P. Control, Set up, etc.).
- Participates in continuous improvement activities and cost reduction goals.
- AQP support, participation and development.
- Evaluates New Product and Production Product color.
- Explains the reports in Staff and supervisor’s meetings.
- Availability to travel to the United States to provide support to clients or headquarters.
- Verifies and follows- up on the quality standards of new and current products.
- Supports and maintains the quality system as defined in the plant procedures and instructions.
- Provides support and supervision to technicians and/or auditors as needed.
- Prepares and presents product submission to clients
- Follows- up on client complaints regarding quality problems including actions and results, visiting clients in China and the United States.
- Follows- up on non- compliances reported to our suppliers and their corrective actions.
- Evaluates product submissions from salesmen or suppliers for Summit Components and clients.

- Have knowdged about SO/TS 16949, FMEA, PPAD
- Gage R & R (MSA).
- Knowing about GD & T.
- Approved Munsell Test.
- ISO- 14001
- Good English communication skills
- Ability in statistical process control techniques (SPC)
- Software
- Flow charts.
- Personnel Supervision
- Problem Solving.
- AQP Manual Revision.
- Control Plan.
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree
- Inspection and Testing Methods
- 2 years minimum in quality area
