Kế Hoạch Nguyên Vật Liệu - Material Planner

Responsibilities: Plan, order, control, and coordinate production related materials to guarantee a 100%- uninterruptable supply with required materials to the assembly process.
Duties:
• Plan and order material via SAP including MRP.
• Responsible for initial expediting of production material into the plant in accordance with schedule parameters.
• Review MRP output and develop part purchasing schedules based on production requirements and associated activities and issue part purchasing schedules to suppliers to support a smooth operation.
• Improve delivery performance inbound, inventory turn rates and logistics costs.
• Communicate with customer about forecast, investigation, ordering and information distribution.
• Negotiate and follow up with suppliers on lead- time of delivery and freight to control inventory.
• Work with interfaces to develop and improve part planning methods and capacity utilization.
• Manage inventory including parts scheduling, fill rates, inventory levels in line with the plant goals and perform associated reporting.

Bachelor degree or similar education or equivalent professional experience
• TS 16949- Premium Freight, Cycle Count, Material Planning
• Good communication and problem- solving skills
• Min. of 3 years of professional experiences in supply chain or warehouse/material planning activities
• SAP- Materials Planning and Production Processing
• Automotive industry experience
• Good command in English
