YOUR JOBS:

Other tasks instructed by Accounting Manager
Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles
Production report from Technical team and ERP system generated data reconciled
Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
Update standard costs in the bill of materials
Update information in fixed asset book timely and accurately against new transaction of acquisition, depreciation, sales, disposal etc
Calculation of provision for slow moving and obsolete stocks prepared and reviewed
Product costing, variances computation finished and booked into system.
Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month- end close
Support and review others department create new item code if any.
Write- off request prepared and reviewed if any
Actual usage vs. Standard usage by item prepared based on actual production quantity, standard BOM and actual usage.
Customs Liquidation report
Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts, review the results
Work with the materials review board to locate and dispose of obsolete inventory

Good at communication skills
Good at computing skill
Working in Duc Hoa, Long An (Company offers shuttle bus from HCM)
Highly motivated.
Degree in Finance, accounting, at least 3- 5 year experience at the same position for manufacturing company
Familiar with Navision ERP systems will be an advantage
Good in communication in English
