● Collect invoices issued by merchants
● Monitor and reconcile inventory with Purchasing team.
● Other tasks assigned by Manager
● Import data from vouchers, invoices into accounting software
● Reconcile the debt of merchants, send the debt comparison record.
● Payment to merchants and vendors.
● Create merchant’s data files, collect and update records.
● Ensure the accuracy and validity of invoices and documents for payment.
● Issue and send invoices to merchants.

● Good at Microsoft Office: Excel, words, power point...
● High sense of responsibility and good character
● Able to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime.
● Enthusiastic and proactive and positive attitude
● At least 2 years of experience in relevant positions.
● Graduated from University/ College majored in Accounting/ Finance
