BPO – Payment Operations Executive
Job Description:
• Plan and manage the promotion/IPP reconciliation data reports and payment on time.
• Proactive utilize platform resources/operation tools to deliver goals.
• Co- ordinate with internal stakeholders and partners for daily operations and customer care.
• Work with internal teams to operate DG campaigns, traffics that support DG growth.
• Monitor the payment successful rate performance and do the data analysis reports to line manager.
Requirements:
• Good at excel file/data analysis and task management.
• Understand ecommerce, and pa yment technology (in an advantage) ndently, responsibility/commitment and caution.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Good written and communication skills in English and Vietnamese
