Kế toán thanh toán/Payable Accountant

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in accounting reporting
• Comply with tax regulations
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
• Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments
• Comply with SOP- payment of Company
• Support the company in optimizing its accounting transactions and systems
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
• Filing and maintaining supplier records
• Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner
• Verifying expense reports and querying invoice items from the Government website
• Process transactions, and invoices for payments, and assist in streamlining the accounts payable process
• Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
• Assist the accounting team as needed
• Checking and verifying invoices, quotations, and contracts for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Filing the payment document properly (Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files)
• Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s accounting documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
• Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
• Prepare reports and reconcile bank statements
WORKING TIME AND LOCATION:
- Location: 155 (186 old number) Phan Xich Long, Ward 2, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC.
- Working time: From Monday to Friday (9:00- 12:00, 13:30- 18:00)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required
A degree in the following subjects would be beneficial:

Business Studies
Finance or Economics
Accounting

Preferred skills and qualifications

Experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable)
Strong mathematical skills
Experience with accounting software and online platforms
Associate’s degree or equivalent
