Kế Toán Tổng Hợp (General Accountant)

Support Chief Accountant to prepare financial statements (balance sheet, P/L, cash flow statements, payrolls) to ensure they are all compiled with applicable laws and regulations
Be in charge of tax reportings (VAT/PIT/FCT/CIT) to ensure all are correctly recorded and submitted in timely manner
Perform day to day accounting transactions, managing account entries, documents, payments and finances of the company to ensure they all comply with Vietnam accounting laws and regulations
Support Chief Accountant to prepare budget, monitor, advise the leadership team to ensure company’s spendings are aligned with the budget
Store and preserve accounting vouchers for book entry, bookkeeping, confidentiality of accounting data
Able to process a large amount of data, work closely with engineers and data analyst to collect data and prepare Financial Statements and PnL reports
Check, monitor and manage refunds/ payments/ withdrawals/ purchases of users and the Company, to ensure the correct balance between the bank&039;s sub- book and the company&039;s software system
Check and review vouchers during the operation to ensure that there are no errors
Keep track of revenue and expenses; Organize documents to ensure compliance and rigorous accounting practices
Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/ unscheduled reports on cash flow in and out of the Company&039;s account.

Experience in an audit firm is preferred
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills is a plus
Attention to details, quick and flexible in handling situations arising in reality
Advanced in accounting software, MS Office, particularly in Excel, and G- suite
At least 3 years of experiences working in accounting/finance and 1 year in General Accountant position, prefer to have experience in fintech, start- ups, banking, and securities industry
University degree or above majoring in Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance- banking or related majors
