Kế Toán Trưởng

- Implement periodical reports (e.g. tax reports,...), internal reports upon request (revenue and expenditure reports, revenue and profit reports, etc.)
- Collect and process accounting data and documents through economic operations, specifically, such as purchase and sale of goods, fixed assets, tools and equipment, revenue/expenditure, cost, etc
- At the end of the month, allocating expenses, calculating the aggregated costs on the income statement report to the superior
- Recording revenue/expenditure, depreciation, recording VAT/CIT, etc.
- Other accounting operations and as assigned by management.
- Recording cost allocations, such as short/long- term prepaid expenses, etc.
- Monitor and manage AR, AP. Support to collect AR
- Recording for depreciation of fixed assets

- Proficient in using accounting software such as Misa, especially Excel
- Has the certificate of Chief Accountant
- At least 3 years of experience, has adequate skill of business communication in English language
- Mastering accounting operations, knowledge of analyzing, synthesizing data and writing reports.
