Kế Toán Trưởng

• Manage payments, collect debts, ensure money sources.
• Other tasks assigned by the Finance Director.
• Responsible for all financial statements according to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Office.
• Proposing cost-saving solutions for the company, optimizing the internal accounting system.
• Reconciliation of inventory documents, RMA report & recordings in the system.
• Reconciliation of rebates, debts, revenue and expenditure, etc. of partners.
• Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant competent departments.
• Timely update new policies and regulations on Tax Law related to business activities of the Company.
• Monitoring and controlling compliance with financial regulations and accounting regimes.
• Control payments and economic contracts to ensure compliance with state regulations;
• Check, control and guide employees to perform the accounting work accurately & timely.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Having knowledge in Misa, ERP is preferable.
• Certificate of Chief Accountant, ACCA
• Solid understanding and extensive experience in Accounting, Tax
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good at English communication
• Good at data analysis & problem-solving.
• University graduate (major in Accounting & Finance)
