　Proven ability to handle full- cycle bookkeeping, payroll runs, and statutory filings for multiple clients simultaneously
　Practical experience with popular Vietnamese accounting systems (MISA, FAST, Bravo, etc.)
　Ability to build and manage client relationships and expectations
AI & Digital Mindset
　Data- driven approach; ability to design and improve SOPs using technology
　Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
　Experience and eagerness to work with OCR, RPA, or LLM- based tools to automate workflows
Language & Communication
　Professional proficiency in English and Vietnamese (written & spoken)
　Effective communication skills with both team members and clients
　Ability to present financial insights clearly to non- finance audiences
Education & Certification
　Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
　ACCA, CPA Vietnam, or equivalent (completed or in progress)

Responsibilities (Job responsibilities to be handed by Candidate):
Accounting & Tax Operations
Configure and optimize OCR, RPA, and LLM- based tools for invoice capture, anomaly detection, and report generation
Liaise with tax authorities during audits and handle queries
Flexibly assist with client acquisition and internal operations development on a project basis, depending on business needs.
Draft and submit VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, and statutory reports to the General Department of Taxation
Monitor regulatory accounting/tax updates and proactively brief clients
AI & Technology Utilization
Identify repetitive tasks and propose/implement AI- driven improvements
Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports, AP/AR aging, and cash- flow statements
Other Projects
Attend client meetings when necessary to support and lead deal closures.
Maintain digital audit trail and ensure data integrity in cloud ERP
Advise our AI Agent product development based on client needs
Act as a bridge between product, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and feedback to our products to create better user experience
Run end- to- end payroll, PIT, social & health insurance filings
Record and reconcile transactions according to VN GAAP (with IFRS bridge where required)
