Kế Toán Viên Kiêm Sales Admin (Accountant Cum Sales Admin) - (Salary From 700$)

- Working time: 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM, from Monday to Friday
- To issue invoices to customers & follow up the receivable
- To issue purchase orders to Group&039;s factories & coordinate with Logistics company/ Shipping Line for customs clearance.
- To check, process & post all journal entries into accounting software to ensure all business transactions are recorded and immediately available when needed.
- To prepare Order Confirmation, Contract, Shipping documents & related documents for delivery.
- To update the price list (stock & price- if any)
- To provide the price list/ quotation to assigned customer.
- To prepare & submit monthly, quarterly tax reports & internal management account reports.
- To control, maintain and update inventory on a regular basis.

- Computer skill: Word, Excel.
- University graduate
- English fluency
- Good communication skill and enthusiastic person.
- Female, 2- 3 years&039; experience
