Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Key Account cum Trade Marketing Specialist to join our growing Brand team. In this newly created role, you will play a key role in developing and executing our brand visual merchandise, promotion and partnership with offline vendors – Multi Brand Stores (MBS) as Watsons, Guardian, Hasaki, BeautyBox, Thegioiskinfood, etc.
Principal Accountabilities
Key Account Management: (40%):
· Responsible for negotiation, barter and manage with offline B2B partners/brand’s relationship with assigned MBS partners/Buyer with an emphasis on developing new business opportunities and build strong long- term partnership.
· Business management: Handle customer sell- in and sell- thru with proper portfolio to sustain a healthy and profitable business.
· Create and execute business plan and trade plan for assigned and proposed to MBS partners that are consistent with the brand&039;s channel, marketing, and category strategies.
· Do site- check/trade visit to ensure the brand VMDs/POSMs/Stock/Competitors and Market research at MBS channels.
· Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Product Development, Logistics to develop tailored solutions for key clients.
· Customer P&L: Handle account trade budget and P&L to improve ROI and provide value growth management
· Channel segmentation and strategy: To develop channel and product segmentation strategy, plan and implementation with MBS channels.
· Develop account- specific strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
· Contract and terms: Negotiate and set yearly trade terms and scorecard.
· Responsible for the accuracy of offline SKU/SOH requirement projections (forecasting).
· Execute production and operation the VMD, bundling, POG at POS to improve brand awareness and business performance.
· Follow- up operation works, solve issues (stock availability, deliveries, credit notes) to ensure achievement of sales objectives in assigned accounts.
· Closely manage the campaign and marketing plan of retailers
· In- store execution management and brand image: Ensure consistent brand standards especially in areas of visual presentation, product management, and marketing.
· Propose idea and execute sales promotion plan for each offline chains to drive revenue and operation profit growth based on sales target.
· Produce and manage the quality control of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and gifts with suppliers.
Trade Promotion and VMD: (30%):
· Assist in developing the annual A&P budget, set volume targets per channel and and deliver assigned sales target.
· Handle account trade budget and P&L to improve ROI and provide value growth management.
· Submit estimations of budget required to reach such targets and control implementation of approved budget.
