Key Account Executive

Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Maintain a pro- active follow up of all shipments (especially information updates towards customers).
Perform above and other tasks with the goal of operational excellence and always in compliance with the company rules and regulations.
Ability of solving problems related to both Import- Export Sea- and Air- shipments.
Work closely with Pricing- and Sales- team to deliver high level of Service to Customers.
Good experience in handling both Import- Export Air & Sea shipments.

Ability to work independently and in team, in spirit of business development/growth.
Good English skills.
Bachelor- degree; preferably majored in Import- Export.
Good knowledge of MS- Office,
Able to work under pressure with personality being Agile, Self- Disciplined, Self- Motivated and also being a “Self- Starter” is advantageous.
Responsible team- player, careful and well- organized.
2- 5 years of experience in Forwarding/Logistics Industry.
Prefer candidate that has experience with handling of Key Account Customers.
Skills such as Negotiation, Problem- Solving, Time- Management and Planning are advantageous.
